Allard's Grove further operates the Affordable Housing Enriched Program apartments in compliance with Chapter 40B Fair Housing and Lottery
Plan requirements as defined by the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD).
Applicants for housing program apartments must complete initial and annual Tenant
Certifications disclosing all sources of income verifying income and program eligibility.
